When your behaviors, attitudes, and how you execute your leadership is done in love it makes a significant difference. Why is love important? For starters; when you love what you do you tend to do it better. When you love people you tend to treat them with the respect they deserve. When you are a loving leader you will lead better and you will be the type of leader others will want to emulate. Lead well. Love more. Lead with courage.
