Rockefeller said, “The ability to deal with people is as purchasable a commodity as sugar or coffee and I will pay more for that ability than for any other under the sun.” In leadership it is absolutely essential to be able to deal with people. To be sure, there are some people more difficult to deal with than others so how you treat them makes a difference. What sets you apart in your leadership is your ability to deal with people effectively. Are you ready to step up your leadership skill? Treat people with respect. Treat them fair. Be consistent.
