Therefore they must listen to those in the trenches, relying on that information to make wise decisions.” It is a critical part of your leadership to listen to your people. It is essential that you listen to your front line people. Knowing, understanding, and responding to what it being said in the trenches positions you make better decisions and to deliver what they need to get the job done. Are you listening?
